P38 is a company designed to provide investment management, investment advice, financial planning, tax preparation, and taxpayer representation before the IRS to the public for a fixed fee. Other investment advisers charge for their services in a variety of ways. Some use commissioned products and others charge a fee based on the percentage of assets being managed. There are even investment advisers advertising that you will not pay a fee. Is there such a thing as a free lunch?
At P38 you will pay a fee based on the time required to service your account or accounts. The fee will cover all of the accounts for you and your family. Before I give you the specifics there is some additional information you'll need.
Quinn N. Sowell, CFP® EA, is a personal financial planner and tax preparer. Quinn is also the President of P38 Enterprises, Inc. In addition to holding a BBA degree in accounting, he earned Certified Financial Planner TM practitioner status in 1995 and is also a Registered Investment Adviser Representative in the state of Texas. Enrolled Agent status allows Quinn to also represent taxpayers before the IRS.
There is something else that makes Quinn’s service model unique. There are no net worth, investable asset or income minimums for his clientele. This means there are no long-term contracts to sign and you’re not required to turn over your assets for management. Asset management is also billed on an hourly basis. Hourly, as-needed services mean you control the engagement whether you need just a little advice or a comprehensive plan for the future. Quinn believes in passive asset management using disciplined asset allocation over a broad cross-section of investments. His ultimate objective is to help you understand your financial situation and work toward the realization of your goals. With the right knowledge, the decisions you make regarding insurance, taxes, college funding, investment choices, etc., will be easier and more productive in this complex and ever-changing world.
Bonnie Glod is the Office Manager for P38 Enterprises, Inc. She does not offer financial advice, but keeps the office running smoothly. She will answer the phone, take your message, book appointments, etc. and as an employee of P38 Enterprises, Inc., she is bound by the firm’s privacy policy. Bonnie is a professional photographer who loves to cook. While she cannot offer financial advice, she can advise how to dress for a perfect portrait or how to dress a chicken!
